1. Processing and Production Time

Since our garments are handcrafted, production begins once your order is confirmed.

• Production Time: Because these garments are hand-woven, it can take approximately four weeks to make enough cloth for one dress, or up to four weeks to finish one Habesha Kemis.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom items are generally processed within a standard period (e.g., 2–5 business days) once available.
• Total Fulfillment Time: Please note the total fulfillment time includes both the artisanal production time and the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Costs and Carriers

We offer shipping only in the United States, only supporting USD as currency.

• Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers, US Postal Service, UPS and or Fedex to ensure the safe delivery of your cultural treasure.
